Playing Golf

Today was the day I was going to make an early start and play against the course, yes just me and the course. I actually love going out on my own on the golf course because you can keep your focus and not have to keep up conversations all the way around for about 4 hours. Obviously we all enjoy having company from time to time but sometimes you just have to be a singleton on the golf course. The only downside about it is a tendency to rush your shots to get past the 4 ball in front, and then when they signal you to go through you can often mess up your shot. This is because you are trying too hard to show them it was worth letting you through. (I am sure we have all felt like that). Anyway I started the day in the sunshine with my pink golf skort and armed with my irons with their new pink golf grips. I actually found it very beneficial because I played two balls, if time allowed, on each hole. This is something you don’t often get a chance to do in normal roll up play. My new driver didn’t disappoint me but actually increased my confidence as I played the holes.
